Howzat! Villa

Sophie

We were searching for luxury villas in Barbados and found the beautiful Howzat! villa.  A stunning Royal Westmoreland villa rental with excellent staff.  The beach club access at Mullins Beach was a bonus.

Hemingway House

Beach Villas

Tara

What a luxury Barbados villa! The property is in a great location, and the house is simply lovely. What really made our trip special, however, was the staff. I will highly recommend the property.

Sandalwood House

Sandy Lane Villas

James

This is one of the best luxury Barbados villas we have stayed in.  We have stayed in several Sandy Lane villa rentals and Sandalwood House comes out on top.  Tropical Island Rentals organised it so well too.

Crystal Springs

Beach Villas

Penny

Set on a cliff overlooking the sea this is one of those Villas on the Beach Barbados style.  A truly stunning villa, which we would love to go back to at some point.

Coco

Mullins Bay

Mark and Family

Loved it! We had a wonderful stay in Mullins Bay.  As a family, it all worked so well with the beach access and the huge pool.  It was great!  As Barbados villa rentals go, this was one of our best.

We had a fabulous time and would say that Alila Villa is one of the finest Barbados vacation rentals we have stayed in thus far, and would certainly return to it again. Thank you for your help.

It was fantastic. Even better than the pictures. The location and beach club were perfect.  The best bit though, was the staff. Couldn’t have been better, especially the food prepared.  Overall, a great trip.

We had the most fantastic trip. Point of View was as beautiful as ever and the chef and the two ladies provided outstanding service.  I hope to book again next year

We had a fantastic time.  All the staff at both places were exceptional.  Church Point 2 villa was our highlight of an amazing first-time experience in Barbados.  We definitely plan to go back.

Church Point 4

Barbados beach villa rental

Jane

We really enjoyed our stay at Church Point 4.  The cook and housekeeper spoiled us rotten. There was no road noise or noisy neighbours at all and the beach location was perfect.  Can’t wait to go back.

Tropical Island Rentals specialises in Barbados villa rentals, offering a carefully selected collection of privately owned holiday villas across the island. With over 20 years of experience, we help guests find the perfect property, from luxury beachfront villas to spacious family homes and exclusive golf resort properties.

Our story began with a single Sandy Lane villa belonging to a friend, which was struggling to attract bookings. After increasing its reservations by 90% in our first year, we began representing additional properties on behalf of private owners, gradually building the collection of Barbados villas we offer today.

Every property in our portfolio is privately owned and supported by trusted local house managers, who look after guests throughout their stay. We also personally visit Barbados each year to inspect our existing properties, view new villas and keep up to date with the island’s beaches, restaurants and experiences.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal service from the first enquiry through to departure. We offer same-day personalised quotes and can arrange airport transfers, car hire, pre-arrival grocery deliveries and a range of concierge services to help make every holiday as enjoyable as possible.

Our collection includes Barbados beach villas, Sandy Lane villas, Royal Westmoreland villas, Sugar Hill Villas and properties in many of the island’s most sought-after locations. Whether you are looking for a luxury beachfront escape, a family holiday home or a villa within one of Barbados’ prestigious golf communities, Tropical Island Rentals offers a range of properties to suit different requirements and budgets.
